At Yoder's Portable Buildings, we stand behind the product we sell. All of our buildings have at minimum a 7 year craftsmanship warranty. Certain building materials are warrantied for a longer period of time. The "metal" on our metal buildings are warrantied for 40 years while Urethane and Paint receive a 15-year no fade warranty.

Our skilled drivers deliver your building exactly where you want it with the most advanced building transporting system available. Precise building placement with minimal damage to your yard is our goal. Free Delivery within 30 miles of the nearest Yoder Dealer. Out of state charges may apply*

We offer a Rent-To-Own plan that gives you the opportunity to have a storage facility in your own backyard. Plus, if you complete the rental contract, the shed is yours to keep!

Low Monthly rates are comparable to self storage rates per square feet. Only a security deposit and first month’s rent is required to get started. Payments are based on 24, 36, 48, & 60 months. Complete your contract at any time, no early pay-off penalties.
